getLayerGeometryPathLength

pyslm.analysis.getLayerGeometryPathLength(layerGeom)

Calculates the total path length scanned by the laser across a single LayerGeometry and is used for 1D geometry types i.e. HatchGeometry and ContourGeometry.

Parameters:

layerGeom (LayerGeometry) – The LayerGeometry path length to be measured

Return type:

float

Returns:

The total path length of the target geometry
